Training aid only. Drill Deck supports training. It does not replace your department's SOPs/SOGs, a certified instructor, or the NFPA standards themselves. Where a drill differs from your SOP, your SOP wins. Follow your authority having jurisdiction, wear the PPE your SOP calls for, and stop any drill that becomes unsafe.

What does the demo include?

The whole app. In the demo you can log up to three drills, and exports are turned off. Drill Deck Pro removes both limits.

How does the subscription work?

Drill Deck Pro is one auto-renewing annual subscription with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The price is shown in the app before you buy.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I subscribed but the app still shows the demo.

Open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.

Where is my training record stored?

On your device. It is not uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes the record, so export a copy first if you need to keep it (Pro).

What is Link Up, and do I need an account?

Link Up is optional. It uses Sign in with Apple and a callsign you choose, and lets you open a room with a join code, send a challenge, or post to an incident leaderboard. Everything else in the app works without an account.

How do I delete my Link Up account?

In the app: Link Up → Account → Delete Account and Scores. That removes your account, callsign, and every result you posted from our server immediately. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

How do I report an offensive callsign?

Use Report Callsign in the app, or email us.

I think a drill is wrong.

Tell us. Email the drill name and what you would change, with the standard and section if you have it. Corrections ship in content updates.

Know Your District shows no street-level view.

The windshield view uses Apple's Look Around imagery, which does not cover every street. Use Street View Check on the Map tab to see what your district has. The companion map works everywhere.
